I am offering a Vintage 1994 Mel Appel I'm Having a Bad Hair Day Doll, #2800, New Old Stock, Never Removed From Package.  The original card has shelf and storage wear.  The plastic bubble over the hat and on the right side (as you look at the doll) of the doll's hair is pushed in.  Please review the pictures attached as they are part of my description.  Thank you for looking!
